Joe is a flat-out entertaining guy to watch kite. His enthusiasm reminds you of someone who's just learning, but his magician-like bag of tricks tells you otherwise. The best part is, he takes requests from the penut gallery. We recommend his layed-out Nuclear Glide to Blind, but his Salute Air is a crowd favorite too.
